1. 工作台与账号

Atelier 提供笔记、网站、日程、待办和阅读等 Chrome 新标签页功能。访客可使用本机手动功能；账号功能和所有 AI（包括自己的 DeepSeek Key）需通过支持的方式验证登录。请妥善保管登录信息，并只提交你有权使用的内容。

2. Free 与 Pro

Free 不含内置 AI，登录后提供 50 MB 云端内容空间；试用及 Pro 提供内置 AI 与共 500 MB 云端内容空间。个人 DeepSeek Key 是另外选择的连接方式，相关供应商费用由你承担。月付与年付 Pro 功能相同。

3. 价格与自动续费

Pro 为 US$1.99/月或 US$14.99/年。年付一次支付一年，适用税费和最终应付金额以结账页为准。所选订阅会自动续费，除非取消后续续费。

4. 七天绑卡试用

符合资格且验证登录的账号需主动选择周期，并在 Creem 结账中绑卡确认。前七天免费；未取消时，到原试用结束时间按所选常规价格收费，并按该周期续订。注册或打开结账不会开始试用，须核验开通后才生效。

即使立即取消，也完整保留原来的七天权益。已取消试用到原结束时间回到 Free，不再扣费。重登、换设备或取消不会重置或延长试用。此前已经发放的免卡试用保留原结束时间，不新增自动扣费授权。

5. 取消与退款请求

可从「账号与订阅」或账单管理取消后续扣费。已付费订阅取消后保留已支付周期的权益；取消本身不等于退款。卸载、退出或删除本机数据都不等于取消扣费。账单及退款请求请联系 support@atelierdesk.dev，适用的法定权利不受影响。

6. AI 与合理使用

AI 输出可能出错，请核对事实和日程草稿。个人日常使用仍受输入输出长度、频率、并发和异常批量使用限制。Pro 不是无限 API，也不是可转售接口。内置 AI 到期或受限，不会静默使用你的个人 Key。

7. 内容与数据选择

你保留对内容已有的权利。Atelier 为提供你选择的存储、同步和 AI 功能处理允许的内容。请勿提交无权处理的内容或绕过来源限制。同步、浏览器权限、个人 Key、导出和注销可在设置中管理；具体数据处理见隐私政策。

8. 注销与权益变化

注销需要身份验证，并先处理自动续费及无法确认的账单；它不代替取消续费或退款申请。到期或取消不会把笔记当作付款惩罚删除。超额时新增同步可能受限，请导出需要的内容，并使用现有的缩减或删除入口。

1. The workspace and your account

Atelier provides a Chrome new-tab workspace for notes, sites, plans, tasks, and reading. Guests can use manual local features. Account functions and all AI, including your own DeepSeek key, require supported verified sign-in. Protect your login and submit only content you have the right to use.

2. Free and Pro

Free has no bundled AI and includes 50 MB of cloud content after sign-in. Trial and Pro include built-in AI and 500 MB total cloud content. A personal DeepSeek key is an optional separate connection; its provider charges are yours. Both Pro billing cycles include the same features.

3. Prices and recurring billing

Pro is US$1.99/month or US$14.99/year. Annual billing charges for a year at once. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown in checkout. The chosen subscription renews automatically unless future renewal is canceled.

4. The seven-day card trial

Eligible verified accounts explicitly choose a billing cycle and confirm a card in Creem checkout. The first seven days are free. Unless canceled, the selected regular price is charged at the original trial end and then renews for that cycle. A trial starts only after verified activation, not by registration or opening checkout.

Canceling immediately or later in the trial keeps all seven original days. At the original end, a canceled trial returns to Free without a charge. Repeated sign-in, device changes, and cancellation do not restart or extend it. Previously issued no-card trials retain their original expiry without a new automatic-charge authorization.

5. Cancellation and refund requests

Use Account & subscription settings or billing management to cancel future charges. Canceling a paid subscription retains its already paid period and is not itself a refund. Uninstalling, signing out, or deleting local data does not cancel billing. Send billing or refund requests to support@atelierdesk.dev; applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

6. AI and reasonable use

AI output may be wrong; check facts and plan drafts. Normal personal use is subject to input/output length, rate, concurrency, and unusual bulk-use limits. Pro is not an unlimited API or a resale service. Expired or limited built-in AI does not silently use a personal key.

7. Your content and data choices

You retain the rights you have in your content. Atelier processes supported content to provide the storage, sync, and AI features you choose. Do not submit content you may not process or bypass source restrictions. Manage sync, browser permissions, personal keys, exports, and deletion in Settings. These choices and data processing are described in the privacy policy.

8. Account deletion and access changes

Deletion requires identity verification and prior resolution of recurring or uncertain billing. It is not a substitute for canceling renewal or requesting a refund. Expiry or cancellation does not delete notes as a billing penalty. Over-quota additions may be limited; export content you need and use the provided reduction/deletion controls.
